Not at all! That’s exactly why we’re here. We work with people at every level — including complete beginners. There’s no such thing as a silly question.
How do sessions work?
You can call us on the phone or we can do a video call — whichever you prefer. We’ll walk you through your question step by step, and you can take notes or just follow along.
What if I need help with something not on your list?
Just ask! If it involves technology, we’ll do our best to help. If we can’t, we’ll point you in the right direction.
Can my family member sign me up?
Absolutely. Our Family Plan is designed for exactly this. Your family member handles the billing, and you get all the help you need.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. You can cancel your monthly plan anytime with no cancellation fees and no hassle. We believe you should stay because you want to, not because you have to.
How quickly can I get help?
